ONE VISION,
MANY PATHWAYS

Although each division has a different purpose, they are all united by one vision.

Whether you join us to learn in our specialised classes, get selected to perform at events alongside our performers, or attend as audience in one of our productions, every experience reflects the heart of
'LE ALA Movement'.

We are more than a performing arts company.

We are a movement dedicated to guiding individuals through faith, preserving culture, and inspiring purpose - one step, one story, and one generation at a time.

OUR VISION

To establish a faith-led cultural performing arts movement that glorifies God by nurturing individuals through the values of faith, culture, and purpose.

We envision a community where Siva Samoa is not ony taught as an art form, but understood as a powerful expression of identity, storytelling, service, and connection.

Through 'LE ALA Movement', we aim to inspire generations, especially the next, to walk confidently in their faith, honouring their cultural heritage, and using their gifts to uplift and inspire others.

OUR MISSION

'LE ALA Movement' proudly exists to glorify God through the teaching, preservation, and expression of cultural performing arts.

We commit to creating a safe space where faith is the foundation, culture is honoured, and movement becomes a way to inspire, educate, and connect people.

Through our services we aim to:
- Teach Siva Samoa with authenticity, purpose, and understanding.

- Preserve our culture and traditions for future generations.

- Encourage individuals to grow in faith, confidence, discipline, and character.

- Enhance performers in representing their culture with humility, respect, and excellence.

- Provide a safe and uplifting environment where people feel valued, supported, and connected.

- Use our gifts and knowledge, to the best of our ability, as a creative form of service and purpose.

At 'Le Ala Movement', we believe that Siva is more than just movement.

It is a story.

It is identity.

It is connection.

It is a gift.

Our plan is to create a movement where people do not leave only  have learnt a dance, but to have learned something meaningful about faith, culture, themselves, and their purpose. To able to implement things in their own journey of life.

Our Promise

Every individual who enters 'Le Ala Movement' will be welcomed, valued, respected, and encouraged.

We aim to create a safe space where individuals can grow in all aspects that include spiritually, culturally, creatively, mentally, emotionally, and personally.

We simply do not want to just teach performers. We want to nurture individuals to help them understand who they are, where they come from, and the purpose they each carry.
